There are also MPS type textured implants. These implants are covered in polyurethane for more durability. Unfortunately, it is still awaiting domestic approval and it is unable to be used.

It can be said that it is one of the best types of surgery currently available, but defining ‘best’ depends on the individual who is to receive such surgeries. With continuous advancement of medical techniques there will be a variety of new methods available. Depending on the person, normal silicon implants can be used or autologous fat grafting can be more appropriate.
